Program Participation and Service Delivery

All individuals seeking support or participating in our programs will receive equal access regardless of background, identity, or protected status.

No individual will be excluded, denied benefits, or subjected to discrimination under any Foundation program.

Accessibility and Accommodations

We strive to provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Participants may request accommodations in advance so we may provide the best possible support.

Anti-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation

The Foundation prohibits harassment, intimidation, or retaliation against any individual for:

  • Participating in programs
  • Reporting discrimination
  • Requesting accommodations
  • Providing feedback or filing a concern

Retaliation of any kind is strictly forbidden.

Inclusive Media Practices

Media (photos, videos, testimonials) is collected and used with respect, consent, and cultural sensitivity. No identifiable media of minors is used without verified guardian consent.

Media Opt-Out

Individuals may opt out of identifiable media by notifying us in writing prior to attending any event at [email protected].

We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from:

  • Wide-angle or group shots
  • Public space settings
  • Incidental background appearances

Volunteers and Staff Conduct

All volunteers, staff, and contractors must adhere to this policy. Violations may result in removal from programs or termination of affiliation with the Foundation.

Reporting Discrimination, Harassment, or Concerns

Individuals who believe they have experienced discrimination or unequal treatment may file a confidential report.

Resolution Process

Upon receiving a report, the Foundation will:

This includes, but is not limited to:

Written content, program descriptions, and educational materials

Coaching frameworks, assessments, and research-based tools

Policies, legal documents, forms, and participant materials

Website copy, digital publications, articles, and media

Logos, trademarks, wordmarks, branding elements, and visual assets

The Weight Of Her Story™ and all related names, identifiers, and design marks

No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, transmit, publish, store, or create derivative works from any content belonging to the Foundation without prior written consent. Unauthorized use—including educational, commercial, or nonprofit use—is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Enforcement

The Weight Of Her Story™ Foundation, Inc. actively monitors for unauthorized use or reproduction of its content, materials, programs, or branding. Any individual, group, business, or organization found to be using Foundation-owned intellectual property without permission may be subject to cease-and-desist action, statutory damages, attorney fees, or other applicable legal remedies.
